Probably, the first and third parts of these books beat the second. But I still recommend reading them. You can find enough phrases here to make you ask yourself important questions. The first part is reinforced, plus new information is added that helps you look at other paths when you are confused about your own. It adds ideas for the future, reminds you that you have the right to choose and do not have to go with the flow, agreeing to everything. But still, this book is not for everyone, although I don’t think anyone should have any problems understanding it.

This is the second book in the trilogy, but no less fascinating. I read this book as the first of three parts, it just so happened, and at first I thought it was just another boring psychological book by some modern author. But when I read it, I thought, “Wow!”. Because there was nothing superfluous in it. It was a fascinating story about one day with people who learned to control themselves and their lives.
This book is about the main character’s return to an unusual cafe; it describes his conversations with friends, observations and discoveries.
I would recommend reading this book to teenagers and adults. Because it is really inspiring. We can say that this book becomes the beginning of new steps in life for every reader.

Unlike the first part, this one is much longer. I’m not a fan of motivational literature, but I don’t like to leave a book without reading all the parts, so I finished the second one. I must say that I liked the second part much less than the first.
The first one, despite its short content, managed to put everything on the shelves in a cool, dynamic, and understandable way. And the thoughts of the first book resonated with me much more strongly. The second book has a story with a new visitor, Jessica. For some reason, in this book, the menu questions faded into the background, and all the motivational and clever thoughts seemed to be thrown into the plot by accident.
The first book had a logical plot that was tied to the cafe, the menu with questions, and the people. Most of the second book took place outside the cafe, so the title is not appropriate in my opinion.
If you liked the first book, you might like this part, because they are written in a similar manner. However, if the first book was not very good, this one will disappoint you even more.
I barely finished it, and the mysterious atmosphere that attracted me in the first book has completely disappeared in this one.

“Return to the Cafe at the End of the World, the second book in the series about Cafe Why, covers the topic of personal development psychology and is a bright representative of its genre.
The author, as always, answers important questions that concern each of us and helps us find a way to move forward in our lives. This time, the familiar protagonists are joined by a serious businesswoman, Jessica, who is extremely confused in her life (“Sometimes we get so used to living on the run that we forget to stop running and start running towards something”). Throughout the piece, we try to help her answer the questions in the menu: “Why are you here? Do you play on your own ground? Do you have a UMO?”, but this time they fade into the background and the essence of much more important truths is revealed to us.
Also, we are joined by little Emma, the daughter of Mike, the local chef and manager of the institution, who will also teach us how to live a busy life: “It was all in her words. So simple. So deep. And all this was taught by a seven-year-old child.” And Mike, in turn, talks about the important things he has learned about fatherhood, including that it is not for everyone.
There was a sense of plot holes that the author never tried to explain, except to say that “nothing is impossible at the Why Cafe.” The questions remained unanswered: how did the cafe end up in Hawaii? Why hadn’t Casey, Mike, or the café changed at all? Where did things come from that hadn’t been there at all up until that point in the novel? (“She walked over to a landslide that Jessica was sure hadn’t been there a few seconds ago.”)
One of Strelecki’s striking features is his ability to immerse the reader in a special Hawaiian atmosphere: vivid landscapes, warm waves, music, dancing, and laughter. I often wanted to reread a certain dialog and laugh or fool around with the characters.
It is very easy to explain how the universe works. And it is important that the author does not impose his worldview, but emphasizes it: The Universe is just a generalized name, and then, if they wish, each person can choose the word they personally like the most.
The main idea of the second meeting is that the universe somehow pushes us towards our true purpose of existence. Not fully understanding how this mechanism works, we use it incorrectly and very often become guilty of our problems. It is important to ask it a clear request (“If I am not satisfied with what I receive, I need to send a different signal”), and the Universe, like a navigator, will lead us to where we need to go. Always.
The sequel to the bestseller Cafe at the End of the World seemed to me much more interesting and dynamic than the first part, and it definitely did not lose its level. The book is very easy and fast to read, something from the category of “both pleasant and useful”.
Perhaps this story will not be a revelation for you, and, in fact, you already understood all this inside, but it will at least help you to express the intuitive in the form of words. And then it will gradually put your personal experience in its place, help you take everything you need with you in your canoe.

Although the book is written in simple language with rather long character conversations and frequent descriptions of landscapes, none of this can diminish the power of the content. The author is incredibly inspiring, uses compelling metaphors, and gives readers stunning lessons for living.
The main character changes his life literally in one day.
“The difficulty,” he says, “is to realize that something satisfies us because we personally define that something as satisfactory, not because someone told us so.”(c)
You shouldn’t read the book with obvious skepticism, it’s best when the mood is good enough.
I didn’t say there’s much here that’s motivational and appealing rather everything written is a warm friendly encouragement, like the one John and Jessica got at the cafe at the end of the world.
The first book is unequivocally better, but the author didn’t turn his idea into a drawn-out series. It was the second book that exposed us to all the important aspects that we sometimes don’t pay enough attention to in our daily lives.
