That’s why it’s important to stock up on healthy preserves in time in the summer so that you can enjoy berry and fruit delicacies repeatedly in the winter, and I advise all housewives to use a book called Jams, Preserves, and Jam to find original recipes.

    It’s hard to imagine a person who doesn’t like Nutella chocolate paste. Personally, I just adore this amazingly delicious nut cream, so I was surprised to see the recipe for plum Nutella, decided to make this unusual delicacy and was quite pleased with the result: plums in combination with cocoa really reminded me of my favorite dessert, so now I will probably cook this delicious preparation every year And for all apricot jam lovers, I recommend trying the flavored version of this dish with orange or lemon.

    Of course, you can find a lot of canning recipes on the Internet, but I prefer such cookbooks, and especially illustrated ones.

    This book presents all sorts of recipes for sweet preserves (a treasure trove of useful information for any housewife) – from the familiar, to the very interesting and unusual. Most of all, I was impressed by plum jam with vanilla and walnuts, and the same, but with cocoa instead of vanilla, pumpkin jam, or just an amazing jam with gooseberries and cherry leaves – I have not heard of anything like that before, but I ventured to make it, and was pleased with the interesting taste. And there are many similar recipes in the book.

    The book is quite interestingly illustrated – it’s nice to look at the pictures and browse through the recipes. Also, there are a few pages at the end of the edition for the owner’s notes.

    I recommend this book – I bought it and did not regret it, at the time of preservation this publication is just an indispensable assistant, especially for those who are just starting to make preserves for the winter.
