The first thing you notice in this book are the wonderful, warm, colorful illustrations filled with kindness. In them is all the love of children and parents, the happiness of spending time together and fascinating communication. And the story touches with the warmth of its narration and the moral it contains.
One day the bunny, living in unconditional love, care and happiness, thought that somewhere perhaps there were even more loving families where he could be happy. So he decides to leave his family and try to live with another family. He had been in the families of squirrels, badgers, and other animals, but even when he thought he was in a good family, the bunny still missed his mother, worried about her, and really wanted to go back. And the bunny acted very wisely – she didn’t blame the returning rabbit, didn’t scold, and met him at home with understanding and hugs. Perhaps that is the wisdom of parental love – to give children the opportunity to go the way they have chosen, and without reproach to open the doors of the parental home.

So Much I Love Only You by Jutta Langreuter is somewhat similar in plot to Poof the Hedgehog is Looking for a New Family by Jan Walker, which we purchased earlier. The essence is the same: the main character, Yozi the bunny, is not happy with the attitude in his family, where he is forced to brush his teeth, clean his toys, do exercises, and is forbidden to eat sweets. So he decided that he would feel more comfortable in his friends’ family, but it turned out that if you don’t brush your teeth and wash your face, you will smell bad; if you don’t clean your toys, you will trip over them. He realized all this after living with his friends’ families for a while. And even after finding comfortable living conditions, he realizes that he lacks something, namely family comfort and his mother’s love. Unfortunately, the story doesn’t show the mother’s tenderness or trembling love for the bunny, there are no warm moments, the story begins with the words “You are the worst mother in the world,” which is not pleasant to read, a dry ending, as for me. Either my child is spoiled by good books, or his age is not the same, but at five years old, the story is a one-time read. We read it and never return to it again. And I insist, because the story seems to be good, the idea, the plot, but either the translation is bad or the presentation of the text is just that.

I bought the book as a gift. I really liked the beautiful design, the cover design itself, the large format and most importantly, the beautiful, colorful illustrations, which are very nice to look at. The illustrations go over the entire page, with very little text. I really liked that this book touches on the topic of parenting and the relationship between mother and child. Through this story a child can easily understand that his mom loves him very much and asks him to help clean the house and brush his teeth just because she wants her child to be able to do the most important things for himself. Exercise is also good for children and, of course, when mom offers to do it, it is all because she cares, not because mom is bad and makes the child do things she doesn’t like. This story serves as a clear example of how important it is to strive to help your loved ones in this way by showing your love. The baby quickly begins to realize that he does not like his friends very much and of course he misses his mother’s love very much. Therefore, the family is reunited again. A child can understand the most important thing – that the family is the most precious thing that can be in his life and need to take care of each other and not give cause for worry. This book is suitable for children of preschool age. The child looked at the pictures with great interest and listened to the story, and this is the most important thing in the process of learning and upbringing.

I have to admit right away that I bought this book because of the beautiful illustration on the cover and the sweet-sounding and gentle title. I had no idea what kind of story was inside. For some reason, I really wanted such a beautiful book on my child’s bookshelf. But I was lucky – it turned out to be even prettier and cuter inside than outside.
“I Love Only You So Much” is a story about a naughty rabbit named Yozzy who did not want to listen to his mother at all. Yozzy solved the dispute with his mom in his own strange way. He was sure that it would be much more interesting and easier at his friends’ place than at home. What happened? You will find out in the book, but I will say this: every child will recognize himself in this story, because everyone has once disagreed with their mother. This book will help children look at their behavior from the outside and realize that mothers want only the best for them. It is worth noting the wonderful illustrations. Calm colors, naturalistic drawings. There is no oversaturation of colors, everything looks nice and tender. Looking through the book is an aesthetic pleasure.
The story of Yozzy is a kind, gentle, instructive and interesting adventure that will help children and parents get closer, and will also give them a reason to talk about their misunderstandings and disputes.
From our experience, I can say that my son really empathized with the main character, was sad and happy with him. And at the end of the book, when the mother bunny and Yozzy hugged, we hugged too. The child was imbued with tenderness and love, he wanted to bury himself in his mother’s arms and not get out of them for a long, long time)))
I definitely recommend reading this book with your kids. Age – over three (so that the child can understand the reasons for certain actions).

The book “I Love Only You So Much” is a book about a bunny named Yozi who did not want to obey his mother. The author is Jutta Langreuter.
Yozi the bunny does not want to obey his mother, who demands that he clean up after himself, wash his face and do exercises. He decides to leave home and live with his friends. First he went to Larry the mouse. He liked the mouse family. Bunny spent the whole day with her. However, this family allowed children to scatter toys and not clean up after themselves. At night, Yozi stumbled over the toys and slipped and fell. In the morning he decided to leave the family because he could not live in such a mess. The next family Yozi goes to live with is a family of badgers. Yogi liked this family, but he was tormented by the unpleasant smell. As it turned out, this family does not wash. The bunny leaves their house because he cannot live in such a stench. Yozi goes to the family of squirrels. He likes everything, but he has to climb a tree, and with his physical training it is difficult to do. Yozi goes to his cousin’s family. They are a wonderful family and the bunny liked it very much. Yozi stayed there for six days. But he always felt that he was missing something. Finally, he realized it and ran to his mother. He realized that nothing can replace his mother and home.
The text in the book is simple and clear.
The font is quite large.
The book is very well illustrated. There are a lot of pictures and they will certainly appeal to young children.
The pages in the book are coated. The cover is hard. The book is well made.
My daughter and I liked the book. I advise parents of young children to buy the book “I love only you so much” and enjoy this beautifully illustrated book.
