I bought this book for my child, when he went to kindergarten, I noticed that he has difficulty understanding his emotions and self-control, so I decided that this book as no one better can explain the meaning of each emotion. This book is presented in a colorful edition, almost the entire book is colored illustrations with some text. Basically a good selection of the most basic emotions that a person experiences throughout their life. I liked the presentation itself.
The book not only tells you about the meaning of each emotion, but also gives you an example that reinforces how a child can feel a particular emotion with a concrete example. There are also options and tips for the baby to cope with a particular emotion. The book is really very useful. It hides the whole point about the emotional component that needs to be understood. Thanks to this book my child has learned to feel his emotions better, as well as to control each of them. After reading this book, you can discuss with your child in what situations he or she feels this or that emotion.

Every mother dreams that her child understands not only others, but herself first and foremost. And it’s when the thought occurs that it’s worth introducing a child to emotions that books like this come in handy.
I liked the book, it has bright, juicy illustrations and some text. The book as stated suitable for children from six years of age, but I’m sure that younger kids will be interested. We read with our three year old and after this book, he started to share emotions. Sometimes he begins to say we are safe. Asking; Mom, how do you feel?
That wasn’t the case before. I don’t think he understands all the examples yet, but he has understood and highlighted many things.
I’m glad I bought this book. It comes in two parts, volume 1 and 2.
Every child should understand that every emotion is normal. Every human emotion has a right to exist. To understand that you need to keep yourself in check so you don’t feel.
The edition is excellent. The first part introduces the child to emotions such as joy, peace, fear, anger, jealousy, shame, and so on…
I had a lot of fun reading it myself.

I bought the two-volume edition of Jennifer Moore-Mallinos’ “Many Emotions. What Does Each One Mean?” I bought for my five-year-old nephew, because, in my opinion, five years is the age when it is time for a child to learn not only about the world around him, but also about himself, and it should be noted that after reading these books, I realized that I was not mistaken in choosing these books as the first psychology textbooks for a small emotional boy, because few people can tell about emotions better than the author of the above books does.
Let me give you a specific example. After reading the first part of the two-volume set, the child learned that he can feel calm sitting in a warm room and looking at the stars outside the window, that a dog can be in a playful mood when its owner comes home from school, that it is cozy and comfortable to lie under a warm blanket with his favorite toy, etc. Personally, I find it difficult to disagree that such information is extremely important for a child who is just learning to live and has not yet had time to thoroughly explore the world of his or her own feelings. So, I recommend that all parents who care about the harmonious development of their child pay attention to this useful publication.
