    Very cool informative books. I discovered a lot of new things in the field of cooking with the help of these books. The recipes are quite simply written, beautiful illustrations for the dishes, a fairly large list of recipes. Buying this book, you will not have a question of what to cook today, because there are so many dishes in this book, and it will not take you two months to cook everything in these books. There are soups, breakfasts, salads, dishes for children, jams, and desserts in the first book. And in the second book, you will find recipes for drinks, sweets, pastries, porridge, fish, and meat. In general, everything you need and for every taste. So I definitely recommend these books for purchase!

    I was tempted by the low price of the books in one set and even at a discount, but now I realize that it is better to buy one thing, but worthwhile, or not buy anything at all. I decided to buy the books because I found a couple of interesting and working recipes on Yevhen’s website that were included in the collection of home-cooked dishes. I thought it would be more convenient to have them at hand in the kitchen, but I was disappointed with the books. The design is monotonous, the books seem to be made to look like a copy, although maybe it’s necessary, but that’s not what upset me. There are two books in the set, and if the older edition has some interesting combinations, ideas for the menu, the other is completely strange, despite all the author’s attempts to be unique. The texts seem to be from a school textbook, pathos, pathos and more pathos. Half of the strange dishes don’t even look good, not that you want to cook them. There’s even a ridiculous section on “soups and stews” that starts with borscht and ends with kalatusha. I never understood which of those were stews and which were soups. In short, I will not buy the next cookbook soon, and most importantly, it will definitely be a book by a foreign publisher and a chef.

    A wonderful set of books that will delight gourmets and can be a great gift. The books are very well made, beautiful photos. My impressions of the books are only positive. I tried to cook many recipes and was satisfied, and that’s an understatement.

    Many people treat food not only as a necessity, but as an art. The world is changing, so is the cuisine and the culture of consumption. If earlier we used to cook to survive, now we often cook for pleasure, because cooking has become something high and beautiful. Approaches to food are changing, a wide variety of products are being combined, and not so long ago this could have been something incredible, but today it has become the norm. The culinary art is developing, enriched with new things. And this is really great. The philosophy of nutrition is also changing. I like the philosophy of the author of these books, because Yevhen is a true reformer of the culture of food consumption. I am especially grateful to the author for reforming baby food. There are many recipes for children in these books.

    Of course, the author has a YouTube channel and his own website with recipes, but I decided to support the author, and I have no regrets.
