The book is gorgeous in terms of design, exotic in terms of recipes. We wanted to give it to my mother-in-law, bought it, read it, and realized we’d keep it. Not in the sense that it’s a shame to give it away, but in the sense that almost every recipe has either chia seeds, or quinoa, or haddock, or mango, or…
The breakfasts and sugar-free desserts are gorgeous. I love the indication in some of the recipes that this is the stuff you can make and keep in the fridge for so many days.
100% about balanced and healthy eating.
The recipes are interesting, but many are expensive and not for every day. Keep in mind if you take it for yourself or, even more so, for someone as a gift. It’s nice to look through, but it’s not sure you’ll be able to cook it.

This is my second book from the author, and I liked this one even more, or it’s a good impression of this publication. By the way, this is a gift book, and it makes an impression. Let’s get back to the “culinary plot” itself, so to speak. Those who love to eat and cook have their own personal views and preferences. Therefore, I will tell you on my own why these recipes, tips and books by Jamie Oliver are on my list of favorite chefs. First of all, it is the content of the dishes, they are in a kind of European direction, simple for anyone and at the same time we get a level of haute cuisine. And also the little things in the style, the approach to cooking. The second thing I like and especially emphasize in this book is healthy eating. To be more precise, as the author says, a person needs proper nutrition. And a lot of his efforts and information in the book are aimed at telling about these things. At the beginning of the selection, looking through an excerpt from the book, it seemed that there were more photos in it, as if it were some kind of album, but it turned out to be a lot of recipes, there are definitely a lot of them and I think everyone will like them.

It was the first time I read a cookbook that offers a calibrated and harmonious way of eating.
When I bought this book, I expected to just find good recipes, but not to switch to a new style of eating. I didn’t notice how, after reading it, I began to understand the calorie content of foods, began to understand what combinations of foods literally kill our body. And perhaps the biggest advantage is that all these changes came as if on their own. No one twisted my arm and forbade me to eat too much sweets. Jamie Oliver instills a love of proper nutrition. I am delighted with this author and his talents. He is not only a king in the kitchen, but also a king in literature, as it turned out.
By the way, I really liked the illustrations and the choice of dishes. Everything is very simple and relevant. I have already tried to cook most of the dishes. Everyone is delighted. The section with gourmet dishes should be mentioned separately. There are several recipes that are so exquisite that you need to buy the products in a specialized store. And to my surprise, this is a big plus for the book. Because it managed to combine simplicity and elite in the right ratio.
I recommend it to everyone!

Jamie Oliver is a great chef and a true fan of his craft. His book “Superfood for Everyday” is a book about how to eat healthy and delicious. I liked that in the book the author gives a lot of tips on how to love healthy food. Jamie Oliver dreams of living to a ripe old age, so in his book he shares the secrets of long-livers. On the pages of this cookbook, you can find both very simple recipes, such as raw nuts and dried fruit candies, and more complex recipes for fish and seafood. All illustrations are Jamie Oliver’s own photographs.
All recipes are divided into sections: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks. Each recipe contains calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, sugar, salt, and fiber. The cooking time for each dish is also indicated. The author pays special attention to the section “Live Healthy,” where Jamie talks about his own nutritional philosophy, describes a balanced plate, and shares tips on how to live happily ever after.
The book is very high quality, beautifully illustrated and delicious. It will appeal to those who want to learn how to cook healthy and balanced meals.

This summer I bought a lot of cookbooks, including several by Jamie Oliver. I had been watching his TV shows for a long time, so I knew roughly what to expect from the books. But they were even better than I thought they would be. Every one of his recipes is original. Even well-known recipes, he manages to remake for himself, adding some new ingredients or changing the ratio of products. If you look at his dishes, it is clear that he is not a supporter of culinary minimalism. There is always a lot in his dishes. Having cooked a few dozen of his recipes, I can tell you that in Jamie’s case, the more, the better. He adds a little of this, a little of that, a pinch from that shelf, a spoonful from that jar, and the resulting mixture of ingredients makes a dish flavorful, spicy and delicious.
This book contains recipes for every day. If you have this book, you won’t be asking yourself what to make anymore. Jamie’s dishes look so appetizing that you want to cook from the book all the time. In me, his recipes make me want to do the magic of cooking in the kitchen, it’s a kind of meditation through cooking. Therefore, the cooking itself, gives no less pleasure than the breakfast, lunch or dinner itself. It is worth noting that despite Jamie’s love of different ingredients, his recipes are simple to prepare. The book is suitable for beginners and professional cooks alike.
