As some have written, the book is really more like a gift and souvenir book. I knew what I was getting into when I bought it, but still deep down in my heart I was hoping for at least some semblance of information. So, I was disappointed. 70-80% of the book, are pictures and just beautiful stories about what an interesting coffee. Nothing more. Plus the small print is uncomfortable to read. Also, it would seem that dense, nice touch pages, but the book is stiff (I do not know how to say this correctly), this was not convenient to turn the pages. As such, it’s not worth buying it for useful information. To hold a beautiful book in your hands – maybe.

A cute book about coffee with beautiful graphics and explanations to learn more about all the processes of production and consumption. Such a great synopsis of the changes, challenges, and joys of our current coffee industry.

An easy book for those who love coffee but don’t know much about it. It is easy to read. It can be a great gift. An amazing tribute to coffee and its culture. It is instructive, witty and attractive. Makes you appreciate coffee and the work of a barista more.

After reading the book, you will definitely want to buy a cupcake, try a cascara, or run to a coffee shop for an espresso. Coffee is a truly divine drink.

This is an absolutely fangirl book. If you have a real coffee maniac in your company (and every company has one), this is the perfect gift for him/her.

However, don’t expect to receive an encyclopedia that will tell you in detail and thoroughly about all types of coffee and how to brew them (by the way, why doesn’t it exist yet, I would buy it). This is the most stylish gift edition, based on the posts of the famous Sprudge blog. It has a stylish craft cover, a small format, and vivid illustrations.

And it tells a little bit about everything – where coffee grows, how it is harvested and processed, how the roasting method affects the taste, and why you should finally buy a coffee grinder for your home. I also talk about the subculture of coffee baristas, how mocha differs from macchiato, and why flat white doesn’t really exist.

The only downside is the excessive advertising of brands, which, moreover, do not mean much to the Ukrainian reader.

It will remain on the shelves as a nice gift edition. I recommend it as a good gift for the holidays.

Stories and colorful pictures of different devices for making coffee, as well as examples of cups that you can drink from and drink in different coffee shops around the world (the main thing is that it was visually and tactilely pleasing). If you make yourself a cup of coffee while reading – it will be doubly pleasant and atmospheric. The book will really be a great gift for coffee lovers or those who are just getting acquainted with this wonderful drink!
