They have to find him, so the kids secretly go in search of Myshara, not knowing exactly who they are looking for. In the middle of the night, the forest does not sleep and many meetings and adventures await the Gruffalo. Interesting, very dynamic and emotional stories immediately capture the child’s attention. Bright and colorful illustrations complement the stories, create the necessary atmosphere, and make the fairy tale come to life before your eyes. The translation is excellent, easy to read and understand.

A wonderful set, very funny and positive. Although the title, synopsis and illustrations focus on the Gruffalo, for me the main character of these stories was a clever little mouse who managed to get out of many deadly dangerous situations. This mouse is the epitome of courage, chutzpah, and wit. And it’s impossible not to admire his wits when he encounters the dreaded Gruffalo.

The story “Gruffalo” tells how the mouse boy, walking through the woods, encountered many animals that were a danger to the mice, but each time he made something up, telling that he was going to meet the terrible and bloodthirsty Gruffalo. And even when the mouse really met this terrible Gruffalo, he didn’t get confused and found a rescue solution, making him afraid of Gruffalo himself.

In the second story, the same amazing mouse is encountered by Gruffalo’s daughter, who, having heard the stories about the scary mouse, decides to see him firsthand, and again the mouse will save himself with courage and ingenuity.
