I bought this book for myself, so that I could always have such a helper in the form of interesting recipes, which I could use if necessary. Recently our family has come to the conclusion that all desserts and other dishes should still be cooked at home, to be sure that they will not be harmful to health, because all the ingredients will be fresh, and with the birth of children it has become most important for us. Our whole family is very fond of baking, so at the request of me with the help of this book I proceed to prepare the desired goodies. The book is small and has very few pages, but my kids love the pictures of the finished dishes to choose what they want me to make for them. Of course not all of the dishes are easy for me, but I try and I like the recipes. Each step is described in a very accessible and understandable way. In the end, you get a really tasty meal. Now on holidays and just on a weekday I can please my loved ones with homemade baked goods. Most of all I liked the recipes for fruitcake and cheesecake, it is quite simple and quick to prepare, does not require a certain cost and the end result is a tasty and filling dish. There are also many different baked goods in the book that would make a great addition to any holiday. I am very glad that I have such a wonderful assistant in cooking.

I’ve already made brownies and tarts using the recipes from the Holiday Desserts book, and all my guests were delighted with these delicacies and asked for recipes. This cookbook will be a good helper in the kitchen for all lovers of cooking and desserts.

I really like the Bon Appétit series of cookbooks, which not only provides an opportunity to diversify the daily family menu, but thanks to the photos of various dishes (each recipe is accompanied by a photo), you involuntarily want to run to the kitchen and start cooking, plus you want to try to cook absolutely everything over time.

This volume is called “Festive Desserts” and in it we have the opportunity to find many recipes for various delicacies that will certainly decorate the festive table for any occasion.

The book contains simple recipes for making delicious cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, tubes, buns, sweet rolls, jelly, muffins, strudels, cupcakes, marshmallows, soufflés, cheesecakes, brownies, tarts, a recipe for baked apples, and so on.

There are a few recipes that can be prepared for specific holidays, such as Easter, Easter dessert, and Christmas pudding.
