I don’t know about you, but I personally believe that a cook should not only remember recipes for delicious dishes and be able to cook them, but also know the history of cooking and the origins of some ingredients. That is why I advise everyone who is not indifferent to the culinary art to pay attention to the book by Alexey Mustafin “Delicious Travels. New Kitchen Excursions”, because the pages of this unique collection contain a lot of interesting and informative information about the origin of certain products and when they became part of the human diet.

I can assure you that this publication contains such unexpected facts that will surprise even the most savvy and erudite readers. Of course they will! After all, few people know that pasta, which is usually considered an Italian dish, actually originates from China, and was first tasted in the Apennines only in the 13th century. And probably not everyone knows that there are vegetable gardens even in the White House, and even beets, which are well known to all Ukrainians, are grown there…

The publication, by the way, is of high quality and colorful. The book is hardcover, with offset pages and color and black-and-white illustrations. So, to summarize, we can only add that this collection will be a useful and relevant addition to any home library.
