An incredibly wonderful collection of fairy tales called “The Big Illustrated Book of Fairy Tales” includes fairy tales that will certainly become favorites for many children. Each fairy tale has illustrations, and the book contains at least one page of illustrations to a page of text, which helps to keep the attention of a child even of 1.5 years old. I wanted to list my daughter’s and my favorite fairy tales here, but I realized that I have to list them all 🙂 The tale of the lilac wolf deserves a special mention – an extraordinary plot, characters, presentation of the tale – the tale is simply imbued with love for children!

As well as a number of new ones, which are very interesting and made us very happy; among them, we would especially like to mention such as: “The Endless Fairy Tale”, “How a Kitten and a Tail Quarrelled”, “The Dog and His Moon Friends”, “About Katerzhynka and a Thick Red Sweater”. It is simply impossible to tear oneself away from looking at the extremely talented design of the pages of this wonderful book of fairy tales. A whole team of talented artists and illustrators presented us with wonderful, creative and original work in this book, among whom I would especially like to name the following: Yulia Mitchenko, Kostya Lavro, Anna Sarvira, Arsen Dzhanikyan, Rostyslav Popsky, Sofia Us, Oleh Petrenko-Zanevsky, Serhiy Savchenko, Valeriy Sokolov, and Ivan Sulyma. We are very pleased to have added this wonderful book to our home library, so we recommend that you also give your child such a nice gift!

The Great Illustrated Book of Fairy Tales by Ababagalamaga is an impressive and very exciting book that I recommend not only for young children but also for adult readers. The book contains many interesting and instructive fairy tales, most of which can be read for the first time. The book is large, with many pages, a good, durable and high-quality binding, at the sight of which you immediately want to leave all your business and plunge into a fairy tale. I recommend it to everyone from 0 to 99.

Most of all, I would like to single out the story “The Story of a Piglet”, based on which a cartoon was created in the voice of the famous B. Benyuk. You can read and laugh to your heart’s content or cry and think about the eternal – this book has it all. By buying this book for your child, you will teach them love, kindness, and compassion.

I bought it as a gift and I am sure that this book will become a favorite in the children’s collection.

I ordered the book for my daughter’s third birthday, and I realized from the excerpts that not all fairy tales would be accessible at this age, but I planned to read them gradually, in parts. I picked it up at the post office, brought it home, opened it, and burst into tears of joy – what beautiful, bright, high-quality books there are now! They look so impressive, so impressive that they will be the main gift at the holiday, no matter what else they give :). Of course, the publishing house “A-ba-ba…” – is Marka’s! The cover is hard, the paper on the pages is thick and glossy, it’s a real souvenir, not to mention the pictures and content. The drawings are a separate story, and you can create more stories from their details. From the first fairy tale, I wanted to “swallow” the whole book, but don’t, because it’s better to experience the emotions of the first reading together with your child.

“Goat…” and “Dog…” are good for the elementary level, especially if the mother accompanies the reading with minimal facial expressions and gestures. I don’t see any disadvantages, except that the book is still heavy, the child can drop it if he or she carries it, and the book has some language turns that still need to be simplified for our age.

I think we were lucky to buy such a masterpiece for a reasonable price.
